My design journey spans over 3+ years at Cars24 Australia, where I've designed across C2B, B2C, Post BC flows and internal products, building user-centered experiences for diverse audiences and workflows.
One of my proudest milestones was travelling to Australia for a hands on design research project, where I designed a Refurb App workflow that boosted labour attribution accuracy by 93%.
